“We live in such a different world. I don’t know that shoes have to be sold for $35, but they don’t have to be sold for $200 to make a living. We swung the pendulum from one direction or another,” Vega said. He believes there’s a market for an inexpensive basketball sneaker with the requisite tech to compete with the traditional powerhouses.

Daveed Cohen and Adie von Gontard of Young Money APAA Sports as well as Omar Cooper of LifeStyle Sports Agency of negotiated the deal.

The agreement with HOLO was reportedly arranged by Omar Cooper of LifeStyle Sports Agency and Okoro’s representation at Young Money APAA Sports. Apart from the stock, Okoro is expected to get “a multi-million dollar base compensation and royalties on each shoe that is sold that is part of his signature line.”

Okoro will also receive a multi-million dollar base compensation and royalties on each shoe that is sold that is part of his signature line along with his stake in the company.

A player in the NBA signing an endorsement contract offers Holo Footwear Inc. impetus to enter the profitable athletic shoe industry.

The introduction of Isaac Okoro’s signature IO:01 HOLO sneakers is nothing short of a game-changer in every sense of the word especially in a world where price tag often dictates perception.

HOLO looks set to challenge certain status quos with a fresh perspective.
In a market saturated with extremes, the HOLO IO:01 stands as an epitome of innovation and accessibility, representing a new era where inexpensive basketball sneakers boast the same design power and performance capabilities as their premium counterparts. With the IO:01, Isaac Okoro and HOLO Footwear redefine the game, proving that style, technology, and affordability can coexist harmoniously, ushering in a new era of footwear for all.

We can now see the first glimpse of the two colorways that Okoro will be playing in during the Eastern Conference Playoffs. The “Frozen Blue” hue offers an icy take on the hoop shoe, while the “Verde Mantis” shade has an eye-catching green colorway.

To the dismay of sportsmen and enthusiasts, the sneakers are not yet accessible to the general public. In the sneaker community, FOMO (fear of missing out) is very prevalent, but HOLO is taking its time releasing Okoro’s signature line at the ideal moment.
